I was given a voucher for Afternoon Tea for 2 as birthday present. Was able to request decaffeinated tea,& had choice of vegan/ vegetarian sandwiches,if required. Sandwiches were delicious & pots of tea provided several cups..Cake selection was disappointing. Would have been nicer to make own choice,even though would have meant fewer. As there were 2 rounds of sandwiches & lovely warm scones,1fruit,1 plain,the 4 cakes were too much. & were taken home. Would have much preferred 2 delicious looking fruit tartlets,?to take away in stead.
Was concerned that choosing Friday afternoon was a busy time,but comfortable,despite someone bringing their dog! Very unhygienic when there is food,though dog was well behaved.

The team behind the counter are so polite, friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and tasty. Coffee was hot and full of flavour. Well done PV.

Amazing service from all of the staff, everyone was very welcoming and polite. The restaurant was very clean and tidy.
The food was delicious, and served fairly promptly. We ordered Madame Valerie's afternoon tea for 2. The portion sizes were very generous, we didn't finish it all - despite our best efforts!
The only area for improvement would be the décor and fittings. Some of the furnishings were quite tired and worn out.

I came here on Saturday for afternoon tea with my best friend, I used my gift voucher, service was brilliant , loved the selection of cakes, we were also given 4 cakes to take away in addition to the selection we had in the cafe.

Only went for a coffee and mocha. The coffee was absolutely disgusting, Mocha just as bad. I complained to the staff, but no refund offered. Avoid! Go to Nero next door instead!

Such lovely service! Always enjoy a tea here. All the staff are so helpful and friendly which makes it a nicer place to go. The sandwich?s and cakes are tasty too.

We always meet at Patisserie Valerie (Fenwicks) for our bi-monthly work meetings, and we are always taken care of by the wonderful ladies that work here.They are so friendly and accommodating to us, which creates a great atmosphere for our meetings run smoothly. The food it great and the coffee is good quality.The staff work so hard all day, so we want to say a big thank you to them! See you soon.

It?s a decent place for a quick bite and coffee.The cutlery is showing its age thought, also the tables were not cleaned after the previous customer. (We were able to see the leftover food crumbs and the coffee cup imprinted on the table.) I may not visiting this store again as there are better shops with amazing ambience around my place.

As a French woman living in London for several years, I have always been skeptical of this bakery chain. I let myself be tempted by a simple and classic buttered ham for £7 which they managed to miss. Nn only they put mustard in it but with the seeds..?

I ordered a cake for collection for my Mrs birthday day, when I went to collect, I asked them if the cake isn't the one that was on display the day before as I didn't see it on the display unit anymore. They assured that it is not!. However, when tatsted it later on the day, the cake was absolutely dry and not fresh at all which means they just gave me the display one!, a total scum!. I found this misleading, dishonest and unprofessional. This is a brand that should really care about customers satisfaction and retention. I am so disappointed and shocked of the disgusting service I have received. I would suggest anyone reading my review to consider this whenever they're thinking of placing a cake order in the future. Totally not recommending this shop to anyone.
