Extremely poor service by Fabiana.
I walked into the store excited to buy a gift but was served by her with a moody face as if she couldn?t be asked. A smile would go a long way, made me not want to spend my money here. She also did not want to help with ring sizes?? I had to search it on the Pandora website while she stood there and watched me. Surely you are trained on this.
I asked if there was an offer as there was online - she told me prices are not the same as the website?the price at the till ended up being the same as online.

I came into Pandora feeling lost trying to find a birthday gift for my mum, who already owns so much Pandora. Nelma was amazing ? she walked me through everything, gave brilliant recommendations, and made me feel confident in my choice. I left super happy with the perfect gift. Nelma truly went above and beyond!

Walked in the store it was 15 minutes before they closed but no one acknowledged me at all instead talking about what they were going to have for dinner. Three staff and an empty store anything I was going to buy it just put me off. A big part of shopping is the experience!

Went into Pandora yesterday for the first time ever.
I needed to buy a gift for my Mrs for Eid. The staff member - Chiara at Brent Cross Pandora was so helpful & amazing.
Showing me the best deals & offer available for me.
I wanted to put the letter ( I ) on the bracelet but they didn?t have. So she recommended a better way to get my son?s name of the bracelet plus his date of birth.
It was amazing I loved it. I even gave my Mrs, her Eid gift 21 days early ?
Just shows how excited I was & how helpful Chiara was.

Pandora is a shop where every one should enter and buy some thing, elegant item for every one young people elder person nice this is all beauty?s the shops is clean positive energy entertainment the staff always have a smiling faces they do their best to helping the customers to walk a round and give them good time to see whatever they need.they need time customer love that so I would recommend the community to visit and pass the words a round I would say the manager of the days very gently take my words I only tell the true this is my Reviews to shop Pandora Pandora Brent Cross Euphemia Christie ????????????????

A special mention to Zahra. She has wonderful customer service skills and a good eye for jewellery. Got a bangle professionally cleaned and it came back sparkling.

I would really like to give an in-depth review of my experience at pandora, it was such a beautiful experience through and through. The worst customer service ever attended for such a big brand?
If you want to exchange item then forget about it.. they can?t do anything except just giving commands to come back once replacement is available in store? items are available online but they can?t do exchange and place order for customer?

I honestly don?t post many reviews but this time is worth to mention the good experience I had when visiting this store. The staff was very helpful, in particular Chiara, the manager, who truly helped us as much as she could (and trust me, wife asked to try several rings before deciding). I am unsure about the negative comments since our experience is in contrast to the latest comments but I definitely recommend visiting this store.
