Went to this store to upgrade to a new plan today and although the process was very quick, the gentleman who administered the upgrade, Moazzam, was incredibly rude. He made no attempt to converse, and was completely unhelpful when I asked about various products in the store - giving bland one word answers, and seeming completely uninterested in being even remotely helpful. He even told me to ?just wait? at one point when I asked a basic question about a particular free gift. Wouldn?t recommend upgrading/ purchasing in this store if you can avoid it

Standing at the front of store playing on your phone IBZ the very very very lazy not helpful person why you pay him ££££ if he does not want to help customers. Then saying when i wanted to call customer team services he said 2hr waiting liar i called got my problem sorted 35 mins max i have made a complaint with regards to Ibz or Ibrahim i assume is his proper name but he seems to be embarresed about his true origins. BAN COLLEAUGES HAVING MOBOLE PHONE ON SHOP FLOOR AS THEY MORE INTERESTED IN THE F.....G PHONE RATHER THAN A CUSTOMER WHOM HE FOUND ANNYONING.I do not use social media just deal with the issue

Was literally JUST served by Abi, she was amazing, she stayed a while after her shift finished to make sure we were taken care of. If you?re thinking to stop by O2 at the Brent Cross branch, ask if she?s available, had a laugh and helped us get an amazing deal.???? great customer service! Thank you Abi !! From the barista and the fiance that paid for her phone! :)

The customer support was great - I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and immediately assisted with my issue. A big thank you to Amira who was professional and solved my earphone case issue within minutes. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I came into the store wanting to replace a sim card. I was assisted by one of their new employees, not too sure of his name I think it was 'adan'. As he was new, I will give him the benefit of the doubt in some areas as he wasn't too confident on what he was doing. However, customer service was not great. He was bored, disengaged, and was on his social media whilst dealing with my issue. This is unprofessional behaviour, and staff should be trained properly on how to interact with customers. Strike up a convo it's not hard... jeez!

Had massive issues with O2 service on phone, Saskia the store manager went out of her way on every level to rectify the problems we were having to great success. I would recommend her highly as she cares about customers

Darmash in story was very rude and unhelp full was trying to speak about a fault with a phone and he kept shuting use down when speking and satimg go to apple but our contract is with them we were juts looking for some help he could do with extra traing in customer service will be leaving 02 due to his attitude and lack of support
