I wanted to take a moment to recognise one of your team members for their excellent service during my recent visit.
Natalia was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience feel personal. She took the time to explain the menu options, checked in with a smile, and made sure everything was just right. It?s not often you come across a service that feels both genuine and efficient ? and this visit stood out because of it.
Natalia takes pride in their work and represents Nando?s values well. Small gestures, like checking if we needed anything else or bringing extra napkins without being asked, made a big difference. It turned a regular meal into something memorable.

Our waiter upstairs, Raheem was very welcoming and polite. His service was impeccable! We also had some help from Tristan who was also very polite and efficient.

Food served cold after waiting gor so long and child's order was wrong requested to change from chicken fillets to pitta staff took the place after 20 min arrived in same plate she added only pitta chicken was cold fries were cold and portion of three meals fries were too small like left overs cold first and last experience at brent cross shopping Nando's , recommend Kilburn and brent park tesco branches where they serve good portions freshly hot food , wasted my money was not in a mood of argument so quietly had food .
