I would have given 0 stars, as most of the time probably their training is to ignore customers, delivery drivers. If is a little crowded you have to be rude so somebody can interact with you!

My girls went there with McDonald vouchers first they said it?s not working.or the agree to pay.after paying £40 still the food they packed for them was not complete a whole mc spicy was not in the meal and we did not know until they got home.i have to sleep without food on Saturday night.which is not nice.how can one pay for food and not get the food.

Ordered food via McDonald?s app for delivery from this store, £32 worth of food and missed off x3 burgers!!! Chips stone cold too! McDonald?s don?t answer their phone, Uber gave a measly £7 refund with zero interest in rectifying the situation. Fraudulent behaviour, totally unacceptable!

I ordered ice cream using the self-service kiosk, which didn?t print a receipt. When I asked an employee about it, they assured me it was fine as long as I remembered my order number. However, when I went to collect my order, the girl at the counter refused to hand over my ice cream without a receipt?even after I explained the situation and confirmed how much I?d paid. She was extremely dismissive and rude, doubting me unnecessarily. After arguing, I eventually got my order, but the lack of trust and poor customer service ruined the experience. McDonald?s needs to fix its broken kiosks and train staff to handle issues politely.
