Why do staff handling food not wear gloves. - very unhygienic. Also, how come no uniform anymore. It's difficult now to distinguish between staff and customer

We we're very tired. I decided to try Mark's and Spencer £12 meal deal. The paella was stodgy muck. The pudding was good. However, the overall experience was not worth the money

The staff refused to serve us when its not even legal closing times yet. We were there 20-30 minutes before and they already refusing customers!

This is an average simply food location as it is attached to the BP station. They have a good selection of what you would expect including flowers and alcoholic cocktail drinks. The staff were OK but nothing to write home about. The card machine is often not working so you have to withdraw cash to buy anythingIt's good if you're in the area and need something that tesco might not have.

They make their coffe very low quality take away cups and smells horrible and you probably have a big chance to get burn and the smell of the cup when you try to sip the coffee is absolutely another level. Very poor customer service. #disgusting

Great M&S own brands and a teensy weensy number of favourites from the non-M&S world - people want Lurpak no matter how good M&S own brand buttery spread is. The store is never too busy and the self checkouts are fast and always have assistants to lend a hand. The bakery is still not much better than any supermarket - fluffy tasteless baguettes that I suspect are steam cooked like most cheap bread - the sourdough is more expensive so may be a better dough - I'm not a fan of sourdough so I can't tell you. The cakes are OK and some of the premium rolls and savouries aren't too bad but overall I don't rate their bread that highly. It's down to the flour - once the Pain de Compagne was really tasty like a boule from a French boulangerie but not anymore here or in Sainsburys which were good too or even Waitrose. I'd go to Gail's now for a really super baguette.I've mentioned the fruit and veg. is nice elsewhere, and the packaged meats and fish also good at a premium price.A fine selection of ready meals and convenience products and a huge array of biscuits and savoury items. It's just down to individual choice as to whether you feel it's for you.

Friday 9 September I was buying some staff and the lady in the pay machine was very rude with me. She told me don?t you know how to use the machine I thought she?s from Rumanian even the body language before was rude and finally I was right. Check the woman in the pay machine from 7 pm today Friday night she will kick out everyone. I felt very bad from my experience she?s not from London we don?t do that. Sorry put her in the loading bay better

We live very close by and it?s convenient to visit a couple times a week to pick up bits and pieces to nibble on. There are some delectable desserts, such as the raspberry jelly, profiteroles and chocolate lava cake. I don?t normally care for juice, but the still lemonade and pink lady apple juice are delicious. Some of the meals are quite tasty and I keep coming back to them. The thick white loaf of bread is good value (less than £1), which is even cheaper than Tesco.\\n\\nDespite the inexpensive loaf, most other things are pricey. It?s M\\u0026S, so it?s expected to be on the higher end. However, if you?re lucky and time it right, you can snag the day?s expiring products at about 50% off.
