The staff are quite annoying and immediately come up to you. I had 4 people in the space of 3 minutes and once they?re talking to you you can?t get rid. However, Chenise was very lovely and good energy and approached me in the less invasive way and really helped me find what I was looking for. Great member of staff

My wife came in a little unsure about what to get her 10 year old niece for her birthday. Jack welcomed us and provided an exceptional service. Thoroughly explaining the products and giving us a sample to smell and feel of each product. You could see his passion for his job and he was an amazing ambassador for the brand.

i went in to find recommendations for perfume and there was a lovely hijabi girl who was very helpful and knowledgeable on lush products. she really made me feel comfortable asking questions and was very patient with me.

Big thank you to Emily and James for their genuine customer interactions!I shopped here a couple weeks ago to buy a new fragrance and Emily immediately knew what she was doing. Showing me the different scents and asking what my preference was to match my needs. It was because of her I have a signature smell and have been given countless compliments on how I smell!
