Absolutely appalling in there. I asked if could I try a pair of trainers on. With attitude the woman directed me towards the changing area. I had my walking aids with me can you imagine waiting in the queue of 9 people in front Then at the till I was waiting to make a payment. Only one till was open I requested they opened the other Till she said with attitude it's not working. All staff have attitude. They are clearly not disabled friendly. Will not be going back .

I wanted to buy an item that had a discount sticker on it. At the checkout, I was told the discount was placed on the product by mistake and they couldn?t sell it to me at the discounted price - only at full price. However, the discount was marked on all the items, so it clearly wasn?t a mistake. This feels like a deliberate trick to lure customers to the till, where they feel pressured to buy the product after spending time choosing the right size and color.
This is unacceptable!

I?ve never managed to get here and the tills have worked. It?s a nightmare. Always huge queue and 1 member of staff. Communication is a nightmare

Good size store with women's , men's and children's clothing. Loads of accessories too. Had good choice of shoes too! Store was super clean and organised. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything is really well spaced out and there are escalators and lifts. Their new 2025 range is fantastic, and has loads of colour.

Terrible customer service in Women section- mature lady with dark hair I approached twice on the shopfloor and kindly asked for help finding correct size told me she's busy and completely ignored me despite not serving any client just hanged around. Grumpy lady behind the till too, no smile, clearly not happy to work there.
The only helpful and friendly person in the store is a black guy who did afford and find desired size and even help me with self check out.

H&M is my favourite for clothing shopping, however brent cross store is full of rude employees. I have been working in retail 12+ years, you have to be patient with customers while working in retail, an Indian woman staff in children section was so annoyed and making faces when I was doing a return, she got annoyed because I was returning few items in 2 different recipes, she made me feel so uncomfortable. H&m management in Brent cross should seriously train their staff, they don?t know what good customer service is.

H & M is one of my favourite go to place for my and my family shopping the. I love shopping with H & M. But the only reason I don?t like to visit the store is the staff here and I started doing it online. Staff is quite rude and the service is unbelievably slow. You have to wait there for 30 minutes even if you are just collecting your order. I don?t really post bad reviews lately but because I experienced it recently few times when I was collecting my order. Specifically few staff members are really very rude they just can?t pay attention to the customers they just keep doing others things but paying attention to the customers. They really need to give a proper training to their staff.
