I came in for a passport photo taken. The first photo came out to be a tilted and we asked the person to take another one. Very reluctantly he agreed to take another, when we suggested he take a couple of different ones while he was at it to make sure it comes out per specifications and he doesn't have to spend a lot of time in this. He took one. (It's a digital camera, doesn't take a lot of time to click a few photos) The new one came out even more tilted, and when we asked him to take a proper one, he suggested we go elsewhere and he doesn't have time for this. We probably wasted less than 5 mins of his time, but I guess that is too much to ask for. Why even offer passport photo services if you don't have any interest in doing them properly. On that note go to metro publishing on Bancroft for a photo, they took a couple and showed them to me without even prompting to make sure everything was correct, like a professional running a business.

Great place when needing to send documents via DHL International. Process is straightforward and completely reliable. Clerk who attended me was clear, quick and careful with the shipping of my documents. I highly recommend them.

I hate having my photo taken, but they made it easy, and helped me ship it out. Not sure why I hate shipping out my passport application so much, but I do. I am glad I found this place for photos, as he clearly knew what he was doing, and took pride in his work.

I had a pretty harrowing set of experiences here. The first time I visited I ended up having to come back because the person's camera was not able to connect. The second time I visited they took a very bad passport photo that violated the requirements for US passport photo. One side was dark and the other side was bright. I pointed this out to the person on the front desk and they said they will edit it by software. Their editing turned out to be just a brightness enhancement that ended up overexposing the lighter half. Essentially, a comedy of errors. They decided to print without showing it to me and when the prints came out I obviously didn't want them. So I left the place and went to Metro printing in Berkeley. Got the same job, much better lighting and half the price. People's whole lives depend on these immigration documents - please have some self respect in the work that you do.

Just drove 20 minutes to this location for DHL shipping of an international package. I provided the package and the clerk informed me he could not send package. He did not explain why and I asked him to explain why -- he said he didn't have to explain why. What kind of service is this? Don't waste your time with this shipping company -- clearly they have poor employee selection policy and don't value providing customers with a good service experience...

Nahome is beyond amazing! I came here with a completely cracked iPhone And in 30min he gave me a newly fixed ever so goooooooooood fixed screen! They only charge $60 for a screen fix, where all other places in the East Bay are charging over 100 And to my surprise, he provided screen protector FREE OF CHARGE! I recommend to anyone who has their phone cracked

Super quick and easy service! There was no line or crowd like the normal fedex office. They quickly confirmed my labels and I was off on my way. There is 15min green curb parking right in front of the location so it was super convenient and requires very little effort to drop off a package. Thankful that this location exists!
