Kieran was absolutely amazing, i went into claires last sunday it was very busy very chaotic but she was so patient with me while my daughter was choose her earrings. She is a beautiful soul inside and out keep smiling your amazing.

Went intoClaires the other day with my daughter to pick-out some earrings it was my first time in claires it was very busy, the assistant manager was amazing very knowledgeable and very professional. I didn?t get her name but saw her badge but she was tall and asian, she made the experience wonderful and very smiley.

Went today to have my daughters first ear piercing. The store is quite small but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The process was quick and professional. The lady doing the piercing called Dania who was really fantastic and a credit to the store. She explained everything in detail and at the same time was interacting and playing with my other daughter, giving her sweets and ensuring she also stayed calm. This is the 2nd piercing we've done at the shop and the customer service was always great, particularly from Dania who was an absolute star. Would highly recommend as a place for ear piercing.

Dear parents, please be aware of the UNSAFE earnings for babies/ toddlers PURCHASED FROM THE SHOP. I have been so careful and very precise ot taking care after the piercing. Follow the instructions and I applied the solution 3 times a day and each morning I turned the earrings round. All looks ok until today ( Monday 21 April) when I get up and sa the right ear of our daughter.
We had it done in the Brent Cross branch on 24 March 2025( Tuesday )and today 21 April in the early morning I realised the earring is halfway through the ear . This probably happened for a day, because on Sunday ( Easter)
I haven't turned the earring ( we get up early and when out and about for the day, and haven't changed it last night as I have usual done since day 1 . I haven't had any concerns as the ear have been good and healthy.
So much pain, stress and the ear is infected as you will be able to see it from the photos which I would attach. This earnings are NOT SAFE, PLEASE BE AWARE,AND HOPE NO MORE KIDS WOULD SUFFER AS OUR 2 YEARS OLD DAUGHTER. I cannot express myself how sorry I am as I chose this earnings. My thoughts was they would be ok for dress and undress my daughter( because they are small and won't be touch by pulling the top)but I was WRONG. They are so small and got through the ear.
Hope this would be helpful for other parents.
My first thing in mind was to go to walk in centre but to avoid all the waiting time and more distress for all of as
I called the shop in the morning around 10 am and asked if we could go there would they be able to help to get the earring out( didn't have much hope but I tried) their advice was A&E .
Now it is sorted . Have to deal with the information.
Sorry for the long post. I tried to give as many details as possible. If I can help 1 family this is a reward.

I had a great first ear piercing with Megan. She was attentive and professional. Above all an absolute delight to have pierce my ear. TINY shop though. I'll be back for my next one! ?

A piercing is £17. £10 for the piercing and a law violation of a £7 lotion that is unnecessary. They don?t communicate that this is a policy not a law, and their policy violates law under the identification: disproportionate obligations. They don?t give you the option to opt out of. Will they give you 4 bottles if you get four piercings that is the size of a water bottle or only 1-2 max? Think about this before you ask to get your ears pierced. They?re essentially ripping people off by £7.

My experience knowing the two lovely friendly lady I was in Intimissimi talking about Google maps and she was giving out leaflets for the shop, so in my heart I said she need help so she tell me where. The shop was and I was. Glad to speaking to them,so I would like to recommend people to go and get nice things for the holidays,the shop. have sales so go and support ????????them ,thank you Euphemia, Christie w ish you good luck in the shop because you are lucky simpatico two of you amen??????????

The lady working there both on Thursday and Tuesday morning has a face on her as if she was forced to work there. It's a small store and even getting past her with a buggy is met with silence. No smiles during any exchange and not even that, manners. I gave up waiting to make my purchase and went elsewhere, if I'm going to be ripped off, it should at least be a pleasant experience.

Definitely a small store that feels quite packed but the people working there are absolutely lovely, Ive gotten three piercings there and hope to get more! Always friendly and they were so patient when I was scared for my nose piercing. Recommend 100%

Brent Cross Claire's Store:I had my ear piercing done by Bianca and Laura today. They were very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great Customer Service!!! I love my new piercing so much and it looks very nice. Thank you Bianca & Laura :)
