After a extremely overwhelming and exhausting day I went into the Brent Cross Carphone warehouse store I was immediately greeted by a warm welcome from yaz And Mohamed i was then very kindly offered a seat from Mohamed who could see my arm was growing tiered from holiding my toddler Mohamed was extremely patient and waited while I waited attend to my son I found this store to be so helpful and the manager yaz to be extremely professional Mohamed talked me through all my options and unlike other stores Their was no pressure here to buy extras after coming here it completely restored my faith in the the mobile contracts industry thanks sooooooooo much for making my purchase stress free . Wilson was great too.

I have been customer of Carphone warehouse for many many years, however their customer service is getting worse. I was in their Brent Cross branch because my phone stopped working, I was greeted by Yaz who was friendly, he directed me to repair desk. There was lady who was chatting to one gentleman, their conversation wasn't about repair or business related. I waited behind him for about 5 minutes, later she told me I needed to see another colleague of her, I said ok. Waited for next 30 minutes in shop while 2 customer service people standing by the door chatting each other, 3 of them were busy with another customer. I was the only one there and shop wasn't busy at all. Later I asked Yaz, can't he or other lady serve me?. He said he needs to stand by the door because of theft issues and mentioned another staff coming off the break in 13 minutes. After waiting for 50 minutes to see someone,finally Mehboob came off the break and managed to see me. On conclusion, my experience is that they would have been very quick to serve me if I was there to buy the contract or renew the contract or buy the new handsets etc and I am sure they wouldn't let any customer there waiting for nearly an hour. Will I use their service again? The answer is no. Their after sales customer service is very bad.

Fantastic service from Yas. I was in and out in a flash, previously I had have to stay for over a hour. Friendly and had my phone back to me working superbly. Smiles all round
