The servers were so wonderful - so rare being greeted by genuinely friendly and sweet servers these days. In particular there was a long haired ginger haired lady and a short hair red hair lady who were beams of sunshine with everyone they served despite being so busy.
The frappes are too sweet imo though and they always seem to run out of their featured drink syrups!

Delicious plant based cheesecake that is so highly addictive. There are loads of seats and staff are fast and friendly. On the second floor of Fenwick's.

All the restaurants in fenwick shouldn't let dogs aloud because it's dirty animals and restaurants is not for dogs it's for people and the staff manger shouldn't let them in and today I saw a dog that I didn't like to see over there so the manger staff should put a sign to say no dogs aloud .

I went to Caffè Nero in Brent Cross with my mother and I?m very happy with the service I received from Viola. She was very kind and helpful and we really liked our drinks as well. Would definitely go again ??

Ridiculous customer service. Do agree that it?s festival time and it?s very busy and there are few people working around and they just want to serve in a take away cups , that?s fine but they don?t keep any closed lids for take away cups ? and that too can be tolerated but the way of replying to customer especially The pregnant lady I do sympathies due to her condition but I think it?s good for her to take leave rather than removing her frustration on customers. Thank you.

I like this place. But their WiFi is useless never provides Internet. Just turn off WiFi and use 5g until they notice and improve it.

I saw barista counting change, and right after that proceeding to making coffee, without washing hands in between. Another barista took a loyalty card to stamp, while wearing gloves, and wearing the same gloves while making a drink afterwards. Who knows in which places that card has been.

"I am extremely disappointed. This is not the first time I've had such an experience at this coffee chain. I have visited several of their branches, and the quality of the lattes I order is always inconsistent. Sometimes they are too weak, other times the amount of milk or the temperature is off?often far too hot. It seems there is no attention to how the coffee is being served at these locations. This has been the case at the Harrods branch, the Brent Cross branch, the Covent Garden branch, and many others. There is no creativity or care in the way the coffee is made, and the staff don?t seem to care about customer satisfaction. And considering that each coffee costs nearly four pounds, the quality is nowhere near worth the price. I?m very disappointed and will not be visiting this chain anymore."

On my visit today, I was greeted by Anna who offered me a lot of choice for my free hot drink. I didn?t know it was possible to switch to Brazilian beans! My drink was finished with cream and marshmallows as well as choco powder. Thank you very much for looking after me.
