Worst Ever BP garage. I had to wait to pump to be authorised for 5 minutes. The person in the cashier was chatting. Their washroom is close by 11pm even though grace is close at midnight.

On July 10, 2024, I went to the BP branch to fill up my car with 97 octane gasoline, as I usually do. I parked my car next to the gas pump and inserted the nozzle into the fuel tank. After receiving confirmation from the operator that I could start refueling, I pressed the nozzle trigger to initiate the flow of gasoline.
I immediately noticed something was wrong: despite the money being recorded on the meter, the gasoline was not flowing. To confirm this, I slightly removed the nozzle from the tank and turned on my camera to gather evidence. After a few seconds, the gasoline began to flow, and I reinserted the nozzle into the tank. However, the issue repeated itself: the gasoline stopped flowing while the money continued to be recorded.
For clarification, the pump I used was number 4. I spoke with one of the managers present, but he did not have access to the necessary resources to resolve the issue or to assure me that I was not being cheated.

Yesterday 13/06/2023 I was in BP and I got fuel total price was £8.08 when I go to till to pay one of employees charge me £9.99. I said it's £8.08 why you said £9.99. He said it was wrong. I think you were number 5.
I had helmet and I said I am scooter not car driver.
This is secend times it happend. People trust you and you change people extra for what.
If this person charge everyone old, young or disable people £2 or £1.
End of day he has £100 or £200.
PLEASE AFTER FILL UP FUEL CHECK YOUR POMP PRICE AND TILL PRICE.

What's the point of having a till on the cafe side if the cafe staff tell you to order at checkout that everyone is paying fuel at..... bone idle laziness. Its a joke fix up !!!

I made a mistake. Earlier in the day I was in a BP petrol station next to the ODEON in Barnet but this is the BP in Hendon. Just needed to use the Air to top up a slightly deflated front tyre - the air line was out of order which was slightly disappointing. I think the Air Line was working at Hendon. Other than that it's a great petrol station with easy access from the main road. Confused!
