“Really nice shop - warm, bright, clean, spacious, good clear TVs for racing, etc. Really nice staff, which is important imo. Everyone tries to help you, and when it’s less busy they’re happy to have a good chat with you. Atmosphere is only ever negative - like everywhere - when someone who plays those stupid machines starts getting angry, but that seems rare in this shop thank God. One thing I’d add is to have teas and coffees for regular customers but I asked and the manager said something is being sorted soon.”
