I recently received outstanding service from Tuhin at the Apple Store. I was looking for a new Apple Watch strap, and Tuhin was incredibly helpful. He was patient, showed me a variety of options, and offered insightful recommendations based on my personal style.

Had a really bad experience today while visiting a store for getting my issues solved related to my phone. I?ve got my back panel changed from here and after that I asked them if it?s still water resistant and they said yeah it?s same as when you buy new one. After few months due to rain it had a moisture in the camera. Now when I came for support no one is ready to look into it. Also, when I was charging my phone for a bit one of the employees snitched the plug. It was so rude and unprofessional behavior. I am never visiting this store again.

I had a fantastic experience at the Apple Store thanks to Kenneth, who provided absolutely outstanding service. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.
Kenneth took the time to really listen to what I needed, gave thoughtful recommendations, and made the whole process smooth. His professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made a big difference in my visit. It?s rare to find someone who clearly cares so much about the customer experience. Kenneth truly went above and beyond.

I have bought powerbank that is wireless and within 3 months not working when i went to complaine about this to apple store at brent cross they say, except apple product they dont do anything they just sell it so if guys buy any other vompany product from apple store dont buy they are helpless when time comes to exchange under warrenty.

Girl with black hair and blonde streak in her hair with tattoos can?t afford people a smile her customer service is rubbish, tells customers they can?t get Apple Care on their phone even though I asked another colleague in the same store and they told me otherwise, as someone who works in hospitality don?t work the job if you?re gonna give attitude!!!!

The lady manager attempted to teach me how to read and understand the terms regarding my broken iPhone, which she refused to replace. I have full AppleCare, and I found her to be quite arrogant. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but some people truly deserve it. It's a shame that Apple has managers like this. With the same phone, I visited the Apple store on Regent Street, where my phone was replaced without any issues.
