I had an excellent experience today with Zack who is a nice guy, he suggested and convinced us to buy a Mac book pro 13 . He was polite and knowledgeable person , these kind of people are very much required in this customer caring rolls.

Had a really bad experience today while visiting a store for getting my issues solved related to my phone. I’ve got my back panel changed from here and after that I asked them if it’s still water resistant and they said yeah it’s same as when you buy new one.
