I have been using Tops Tiles for years and have always been happy with the products and availability. I am a valuable trade customer. We use ? accounts and spend a lot of money yearly. Well, not any more. The Bow brunch totally put me off from using Tops Tiles altogether. All the staff are lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way with exceptional service apart from one - Remi. Honestly, I don't expect anyone to even smile at me. I am a builder, in and out as fast as possible, but this Remi guy had ruined my day one too many times. He is very rude and unprofessional and always looks like he is having a bad day. Once, he ignored me. I asked him a question about a product, and he didn't respond or make eye contact with me. I did it again and nothing, again and nothing. I walked out; this was the last time my foot entered Tops Tile's door. The list of Remi stories is longer, but I no longer want to waste my energy on this.A couple of my mates who are also in the trade said they stopped going to Bow Brunch because of him. I will not mention here what some of the staff think of Remi, and I am struggling to understand what someone with zero customer service skills is doing behind the till.It is a shame as I really liked shopping there. I worked hard to have a good relationship with the rest of the staff, and now I use smaller Shops in the area, and I am really happy.I wrote this review months after I decided to leave Top Tiles because I believe that the management should know what is happening in the Bow branch and how the customers feel about Remi and his service. Maybe a little word with him can change everything, hopefully.

I've been busy from this branch for number of years my favourite brother has to be none other than Anwar, always going extra miles to fulfill my request. Thank you bro appreciate your hard work and all the help.

I had a fantastic experience with the Bow branch of Topps Tiles. Dennis and Kam in particular provided excellent customer service. They provided good suggestions but were never pushy and went the extra mile. I will be sure to use them again for future projects. Thank you :-)

Excellent location from the Olympic park with bus stop outside side street.Staff are always ready and helpful with making a purchase and tiling advice.

Very helpful staff who are patient with those who don't understand tiling or building terminology. Anwar went out of his way to source a product for us ASAP that we needed a large amount of and stock was low. Big store with great products shown in helpful ways and plenty of parking.

I'm not one to post reviews, but I don't think i've never had customer service as good as this. I literally picked out some designs from Pintrest and Abas (Abz) gave me the best service i've ever received. From helping me pick within budget but also picking tiles that would aesthetically be very appealing. Would recommend anyone who is hesitant or struggling to speak with Abz as he has an eye for detail. #givethemanapromotion

I am tradesman supplying tiles and materials from TT Bow. I personally am receiving the best service and from my experience I know that there is some management system in place in this particular branch that deal perfectly with all enquiries, issues and when mistakes happend the sales team will always try to give their best to minimise any problems. I always recommend TT Bow to my customers as I know that I can rely my tiles to come on time and if any damage tiles they will easily be replaced. The grouts and adhesive will always be fresh and if I need advice for the use of some products I know that the staff is trained and know which product and how to use for the different job.
