I frequently visit this Toolstation store, but lately, I have been getting increasingly annoyed. Whenever I come in, I make sure to have my item codes ready, as I am aware that this is how their shop works.However, I find myself waiting in line behind people who do not have item codes and instead bother the staff by asking them to search for individual items. It is incredibly frustrating! The staff should address this issue and find a solution.

Visited this shop multiple times for materials I?ve needed for a small DIY project at home. Twice I?ve been served by a worker named Raj; who has given me excellent service, gone out of his way to advise me as best as he could, and overall made my experience shopping at Toolstation a pleasant one. Will be recommending this branch to others. Much more helpful than the Screwfix across from them. Amazing service.

Good prices, but I hope they don?t relay on paper catalogs anymore when collecting items, so hard process compared to Screwfix

I come into this branch regularly, and the staff are great. The last few weeks, I've noticed that the same young lad, Josh, keeps serving me. He's a very mature and kind young man. Can tell he's been trained professionally!

Needed some equipment urgent and found myself at this toolstation and walked out with everything I needed. I was served by Josh while his colleague Gurpret assisted. Efficient and speedy service. Cannot recommend this toolstation enough!
