Disgusting experience!! I am fuming with the customer service of this tesco. There was not a single troller for kids out in the car park so i went inside to the customer service section where i waits for a manager to arrive in 20mins when i had my son in my hand ridiculous

Awful shop. Went this weekend and not enough baskets to use. Half empty produce aisles. Mouldy blueberries on the shelves. Had to wait 15 min to pay because there's not enough tills or staff. And the staff that are there are rude and unhelpful

Hello Tesco team,I was buying for my Christmas party stuff with my family members 20 December 2023 evening time around 6 or 7 o'clock and location was "Bromley by Bow superstore" where one black lady her name "JULIET " she was working in checkout service She was very rudely behavior with me and my family and she tell very slow voice "povert Indian" she literally Racism in front of my family my brother was very upset about Tesco shopping. now he don't want go again shopping at TESCO in future.So, TESCO team please my humble respect could you please take strictly Action again your college "JULIET" who's working in checkout service.I have very bed experience in TESCO I don't like this type of people who working reputed big organization and behavior like illiterate.Now I don't feel safe in TESCO.TESCO team you should terminate that lady "JULIET" from Job and checkout serviceAnd please take some action again herThank you

Have to put 1 star but really they should get 0.Today at 10am I went to this Tesco in hopes of getting a new contract on Tesco mobile. As I was early I asked a lady at the customer service what time they operate and she told me I don?t know go and call them yourself. Then I waited at the Tesco mobile kiosk until 10:15 when a coloured lady came who looked like they just woke up. I said hello. And she said what do you want. I told her I?d like to upgrade my contract as I am already a Tesco mobile customer. She told me we can?t give it to you go and buy it cash. She was absolutely rude to me she just didn?t want to help me as she wasn?t bothered.Both of the ladies from customer service counter and the mobile kiosk were very rude and arrogant. They made me out to be a liar and I came for trouble. I came early in order to get the mobile ready for Christmas but this is how I was served and told to go to another Tesco.Appalling staff

Staff at this store are lovely. It?s so nice to walk in a superstore and be recognized, it truly feels local. I?ve never met anyone rude or in a bad mood.

Nicely laid out. Has a section of kids' clothing - just the basics. Has a small area for electronics & home essentials. Has the free phone for cabs. Also has a carpark & the petrol station. Can pay cash or card. Has self-service & tills.

This is my new local Tesco and everything is organized and clean. Everyone is very helpfull and kind. It is a good team.

The light skinned black woman probably in her 50s is a proper miserable woman. She works at the cigarette/customer service section, Always pulling her face as though you are bothering her. Front facing staff need to at least look bothered whilst serving you. She needs to be in the stockroom with that miserable mug, other staff at least appear pleasant, she acts like she doesn?t want to help! Get rid of her or train her up again, what a nasty bit of work.

I had the worst customer service experience at Tesco?s bromley-by-BowOn 09/09/23 Saturday morning around 09:30-10:00 I went to Tesco bromley-by-Bow to complain about the rice I brought on(08/09/23 friday ) and on Saturday morning when I open the rice bag I found loads of maggots was growing inside the bag, I have took some pictures,and made a video of it and then straight away I took the rice bag to the customer service as soon as I saw the rice to the staff was feeling sick by looking at it so he called the duty manager, when I saw him explaining the situation and told him this is what happened He refused to take any action and he told me is my responsibility to check the rice before purchasing it, in the situation, I asked him for his name and I told him that I will make a formal complaint to the head office as he wasn?t wearing his name badge so ask him politely what?s your name and he said no and he was getting quite rude and told me to leave the store,because he can?t do anything about it as it is my responsibility to check the rice before purchasing it.also he added that if u want to complain to the head office you do it,I am not going to give you any refund.As I?ve been shopping at Tesco?s for more than 15 years and never had that bad experience.

It?s very annoying having to walk all the way around the store when there?s a perfectly good door on the side of the main road. You keep it closed early in the morning just to open it later, just open both!

Received terrible service from a tall male customer assistant called ?jon? at 11pm.We was on the self service checkout purchasing a reduced to clear item. We asked him if it was refundable since it was a reduced to clear item.He said he doesn?t know, so we asked if anyone would know he said he doesn?t know and he can?t help he can?t do anything about it. He did not want to help and was very rude. So we asked if anyone in charge was in but he said he doesn?t know who is in charge. He told us to not buy the item instead and was being very careless. Then he walked off. Very frustrating as we was purchasing a baby item and just wanted to know the policy as a staff member he should know the rules and regulations.Thankfully another staff member on the tills helped us and answered our question but I don?t know her name. And to purchase our item a lovely staff member called ?Dur? helped us and was very accommodating.Disgusting service from jon in Bromley by Bow Tesco.
