THIEVES! BEWARE!!!!!! Thieves work at this store. Beware at checkout, and when picking up collection orders. They act like it's a mistake, but how can they consistently make the same mistake. One time I bought loads of products, as they packed my bags they stole a lot of it under the counter, I only realised when I got home. They smile at you and act all friendly, but its all a devious face.As for online click and collect orders, they consistently bring out one box when your orders were sent with multiple boxes. Before you go to collect your order, check your dispatch email and know how many boxes you were expecting.

The 2 ladies at the store were beyond helpful today when the information provided was incorrect. They were very quick and helpful which is rare to see in a lot of stores today.

My local superdrugs but I despise coming in here because of specific workers like Taj. Never smiling or talking to customers but always laughing with the managers in the corner. The most depressing and rubbish store!

Love coming in here as it?s never busy when I go in & the staff are usually friendly & more than happy to help you with make - up etc but the other day I went to line up to pay after a lady & another woman pushed in and cashier just watched it happen & carried on speaking to her in her language.. as if this weren?t rude enough she began promoting her the stuff on the side & went into a long discussion about a Nivea hand cream -_- it was only her on the till & there was a long line forming as they were chatting away for about a good 6 mins.. people behind were huffing & looking at each other with ?the look? ? .. finally went up & was hoping the cashier didn?t promote her sales to me cause I was ready to cuss her, she didn?t have a name tag on but had a black long sleeve top on & curled hair past her shoulders.
