I work nearby, so I visit this Starbucks regularly. The coffee is always very nice?consistently good every time I go. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and I especially want to mention Darren, who?s always polite and helpful. I haven?t tried the food, so I can?t comment on that, but as far as coffee and service go, this place is great.

The clerks here are very friendly, especially when I pass by every morning to buy coffee, I feel like a good day has started. Especially a clerk named Daren, he is very nice and would make me feel good about the atmosphere of this store.

visited Starbucks with my girlfriend, and unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience.
When we tried to place our order, the staff member (an Asian male) couldn?t explain things properly?especially regarding the oven being closed. We had to ask multiple times for clarification, but instead of helping us politely, he was rude and even used inappropriate language in front of us towards other women.very unprofessional behaviour.he need to train more customers service. Even his other colleague busy with cleaning. End up not good customer service at all.
As customers, we felt disrespected and uncomfortable, which is unacceptable.

Darren was very kind and polite to me. The coffee was served quickly. I guess this Starbucks had some problems in the past, but now everything is fine. However, this is my first visit. I will come back and see if I was just lucky or if this is just a good Starbucks now.

The drinks and food in the store are also very rich, with all kinds of flavors, and each one is very delicious, which makes me want to try it.
I ordered a signature latte and a fruit salad. The signature latte tasted silky and milky, while the fruit salad was fresh and nutritious.
Darren is very warm and thoughtful, which makes me very happy.

Quick service. Tasty drink. Really needed that cool aircon on the super hot day I visited. Just mad expensive. £6.75 for a coffee is wild.

The Staff here are always kind and welcoming. They are consistently attentive, friendly, and warm. Plus the coffee and food is always delicious! A big shoutout to Darren for his exceptional service and the positive, kind-hearted energy he brings!!
