“I received a paint delivery and one tin was badly dented. Having contacted the shop I was told that this would not affect the paint quality. I did however email with photographs. As soon as the manager returned from holiday he arranged collection of the tin and return of one in good condition. I am very pleased with the service and polite assistance that I received.
