The server called the number on my receipt i showed him. He asked me for the receipt before he gave me my food. I politely reminded him that both belonged to me, and I wanted to have both. At which point he said if I didn't give him the receipt, he would not give me the food that I had just paid for. And walked off. I started to raise my voice to get him to bring my food back, at which point 5 of your employees apprached me and told me I should calm down. I was in the right , how dare he hold my food hostage. What a liberty. I was being refused the food that I had paid for because I would not give him a receipt that belonged to me. Shocking service. Nobody reprimanded him that I saw, and I received no apology. Like I was the one who did wrong. Bromley by Bow McDonald's, shame on you.

Absolutely infuriated. I drove down and ordered in store 4 sausage and egg mc muffin meals. I got two burgers and 4 has browns. I only found this once I arrived back home. My wife and I had to make do without and the kids were none the wiser. They took my receipt when I picked up the order so I have no proof. Absolutely livered at the service and quality of this store.

This is our go to McDonald's. The food is always super fresh. The mangerment and staff are super polite friendly and professional. The manager runs this place so we'll. Food is fresh and hot every time. Thank you to the manager and he's hard working staff ?

Went today to get a happy meal for my child. Staff on the driveway window was so rude, no manners at all. Asked for a manager but instead 2 other staff came with no help. They refuse to give names or even a receipt for my payment. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from everyone.

Never seen so many low iq moves in one go like that before. Constantly not listening and running to complete something from a sentence they?ve chosen to hear. If you just stop and listen you?ll get it right first time. This is local to me yet every time I think to go here I just think should I? The operations department needs to have a good look at what?s going on here.
