Hello,
I’d like to share some feedback about a recent experience I had while collecting an order as a delivery driver. I understand that working in a busy environment can be challenging, and I always try to be respectful and patient.
However, during this visit, I felt that I was treated unfairly and with a lack of courtesy. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and discouraged, which is disappointing as I aim to maintain a positive and professional approach in my work.
I believe clear communication and mutual respect between staff (Radha)and delivery drivers are important to ensure smooth service for everyone involved. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively so future interactions can be more positive.

I had a great experience at KFC Mile End thanks to Sai. He is very friendly, professional, and always makes sure customers are happy. His service is quick and efficient, and he handles everything with a positive attitude, even during busy hours.

I had the worst experience here with which I'm guessing one of the staff members the name is shivasai. He don't have manners. The way he talk with people it's not nice.

Third class staff not making online order and he said order ready before making order online please make sure he always make it late and blame rider. Rude response from shiva.

I gently ask for toilet to wash my hands and staff was rude and didn?t even explain or give a reason, just said toilets are closed and left me be.
Avoid, bad service and poor hygiene, huge health and safety risk!
