I had a highly unpleasant experience with one of the security guards at Bow Roman Road Iceland recently. The individual in question displayed unprofessional and aggressive behavior towards me when I was innocently filming the empty shelves in the store. Without any warning or explanation, the security guard forcibly grabbed my phone out of my hand.Such conduct is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the security company's standards. Customers should not have to endure such disrespect and intimidation while going about their business. I felt shocked and violated by the security guard's actions and his lack of regard for my personal space and property.I urge the security company to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident and take appropriate measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Professionalism and respect should be paramount in the security industry, and it is disappointing to see such behavior from a representative of this company.I hope that management addresses this issue promptly and ensures that all security personnel are trained to handle situations with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. My experience has left me deeply disappointed and I hope that steps are taken to prevent others from experiencing similar treatment.I would caution others to be wary of the behavior of the security guards at this location based on my experience. It is essential for businesses to prioritize customer safety and satisfaction, and this incident fell far short of those expectations.I hope my feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the standards of the security services provided by this company.Thank you.

I think that employees of this store should pay more attention to the expiration of their products. I was sick for a whole week, food poisoning after eating your beans and sausage. The sausage tasted horrible, and in fact I was sick for a week. Terrifying experience.

They don't restock certain foods until after Christmas, they have most products but would like them to start using pull along baskets as it's difficult to push a pram and hold a shopping basket.

This Iceland is let down extremely by the Security Guard and certain staff ,However the biggest mess up is the Self Service Area that's recently been introduced, it's like a Pressure Cooker each and every time I'm there ,One big problem is the security guard stares at you in certain ways in a really stern way out of nowhere and start to make you feel really uncomfortable he watches over you and starts telling me which items I should pick one time he took a bag of pasta out my basket and said get these two there cheaper I was like but I don't want that ,Then here comes the heart of the issue , when entering the self service area you become under ULTRA LENS SUPERVISION a staff member right next to you she may aswell be kissing you , then the bag situation you go to get a bag ,so I'll scan it just putting it to one side she storms over can you scan it can you scan it , then when I have scanned it '' Did you scan it did you scan it'' yes ,I printed a receipt slammed it in front of her look I scanned it one time I took my own bag they still asked , I'm like I'm using a Waitrose bag you don't own these ,it's too much they do it to everyone

security guard very rude always angry. he seems that just because he has been working there for years he has the power to speak to customers how he likes.He has no customer service skills at all.

After coming over a year into this Iceland with my dog in a protective carrier on wheels . Never had an issue before whilst there or in any other shop that I have shopped in. But he proceeded to be aggressive telling me I should leave and I can?t bring him in anymore . Fair enough ! but did he ask me if the dog was not a therapy or any form of assistant dog? Absolutely not!!! I was being respectful to the shop/customers by putting him away in a protective special made carrier were no hairs what so ever can contaminate food because he is in a carrier. Bare in mind I see him let another lady take a regular dog into the store the other day who was not an assistant dog . He asked her if she could pick the dog up and carry it around the shop. Shows you he has his favourites but no common sense at all.I?ve seen this security guard be so aggressive towards other customers too! Shouldn?t be working around people if he has no peoples skills yet alone any form of customer service or knowledge on anything .

The security guard went off on a rant because i opened the eggs and exchanged a damaged one from the same selection. I explained I understood clearly what he was saying and why but the tone he was using was absolutely horrible. He said that was his voice because he is 62 years old and I am just a kid. I explained to him that I am a 42years old woman and prefer to be spoken to in a respectful manner. Never shopping in there again.

Yes I have given it 5 stars but your security guard is nothing but trouble. Get rid of him and get a new one. Not the first complaint and it won?t be the last. A lot of other people have complained and want him gone
