Staff always polite and happy accept for a girl that works on Sunday most days. Never has a smile on her face. Takes your order dont say hi dont say thank you nothing. Food shortage alot of the time hence I gave them a 3 star. Other staff are always nice and no the locals.

Hot food items and sweet treats are always lovely. However I'd be lucky if I can snag a pasta bowl or sandwhich after 8am! Fridge is always totally empty and I can never buy a quick lunch before I go to work. Please fill up your sandwiches past 8am !!
Also in the morning is a very busy time and there should be more than one person working the counter, you end up waiting ages which is no fault of the employee at all they work as fast as they can but you do not need two or more employees milling about in the middle of the day when it's dead.

Only a small Greggs so not the biggest selection of sandwiches/rolls. Sometimes the fridge is completely empty and there are no drinks available.

I am hesitant to share this review, but I feel it is necessary to bring certain issues to the attention of the management.
I have noticed a recurring problem with the store's opening hours. Despite arriving just before the scheduled opening time on numerous occasions, I have found that the store consistently opens late. I have attached a few photographs to illustrate this issue.
Additionally, there seems to be a persistent problem with equipment breakdowns in this branch. Last week, one of the ovens was out of order, and this week, it is the coffee machine. It is disappointing that customers are unable to enjoy a cup of coffee, especially during the morning rush.
On a positive note, I must commend the morning staff for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. They have consistently demonstrated courtesy and support, which is greatly appreciated.
I sincerely hope that the management will consider this feedback with due attention and take appropriate action.

Went in just before 12 to grab lunch, basically nothing available, shelves empty, a whole fridge empty, barley any bakes available, chose to have a hot or cold panini, asked for it to be toasted, was told the equipment is broken and they can't do it....severely mismanaged store from a normally very reliable company

Rude staff, no customer service, staff don't even know how to pack doughnuts. Asked for 2 doughnuts, aswell as over items. Spent over £20 in the store only to find out the lady put both doughnuts in the same bag. They had melted on to each other. Had to throw away. Aswell as 2 items I asked for was not in the bag!
Fridges are empty. Do not use!

Poor service in store. They prioritise the delivery drivers and customers. Said that we had to wait 20 minutes for bacon, but they had it behind the counter for deliveries. Staff were disorganised
