Not sure why all these people left bad reviews was lucky enough to win a free pizza n coke and everything was correct and it was ready to collect when they said it would be (9-14 minutes). Maybe you guys are ordering at busy times. Though Papa Johns is so much better.

This is very unacceptable service from Domino?s London Bow , as I ordered a pizza last night. I was surprised when It passed 1 hour and my ordered was not delivered. When I called them manager told me just wait ,after that I called again to ask where is my order and again he mentioned that driver was outside (I mentioned in note plz call me once u arrived so i can open the door as my flat is on 2nd floor) so I went outside in rain and heavy wind but surprisingly driver was not outside and I called them again so they said driver not there and then I got a calls from driver and I asked him about where he is , he mentioned he is on different road. Finally after 1hour and 30 minutes driver came and he forcefully delivered pizza even I refused as he kept pizza in just car not in hot bag and it was cold and he mentioned that called in morning and they will refund. But when I called in morning they denied to due process of my refund and denied to mention their name as well. The pizza was totally cold and look very bad. I couldn?t eat and still in the box.
So if you are ordering from this branch please do-not order as service of this branch is very disappointed with poor communication and customer service is zero level.

Complete rip off. Do NOT order from here if you have to buy gluten free pizzas there are much better options locally. Paid 18 quid each for two pizzas, expecting normal size. Have bought normal size gf pizzas from dominos before but ages ago. Now, you pay 18 quid and get a tiny pizza worth 6 or 7 quid at most. Don't know about the non gf options but what a rip off, that takes the mickey. They purposely didn't specify the size of the pizza as they know you wouldn't bother if you can only get such a tiny pizza for 18 quid.

I ordered a pizza, i never got it and i cant even get a refund so pathetic brand. From ordering once per week to never again. Just fire the staff that can not do their jobs

I ordered a pizza from here and food took over an hour to arrive. After 40 mins i contacted the store as they said they were waiting for a driver. I insinuated i did not want any cold food to arrive. After 1 hour 15 mins the driver dropped of the food and barely said a word. As expected pizza and sides were all cold. I emailed customer service asking for a refund and all they could offer was a lousy free pizza which I of course have not used. Contacted them again a week later and they have been mute since then. Very poor food and very poor customer service. Very disappointed

I've been a loyal customer for nearly 5 years in bow branch and perhaps a dominos lover over 30 years. The business model completely changed. It's embarrassing to ask for a pizza each time less cheese. I've asked for extra cheese so we just pay more for less as a customer. I will definitely stop using dominos because the food quality is poor and it's getting worst. The business doesn't care about when a customer is unhappy so the best solution is stopping buying until they run out of the business.

Don't go here unless you want to wait forever for your pizza
Even though the app says not busy I kept being told by staff atleast 1 hour
I only wanted a small pizza but staff don't want to do any work .

Avoid this branch!!! The food was fine but had a really terrible experience with the delivery driver (as mentioned in several reviews) ! He rang my flat bell which unlocks the door for him and said ?pizza, pizza? so I said it?s unlocked and he could enter but he didn?t. This happened a second time so I went down and then he rudely berated me telling me I should have came down when he didn?t even inform me of that clearly! In the time that he rang twice and waited for me to come down he could have done HIS literal job and just delivered it to me faster! The most annoying thing of that was his nasty attitude. It really spoilt the food for me and left me feeling horrible long after. Not worth it. Loads of people seem to have mentioned the same thing but clearly no action has been taken. Who wants the treat of a takeaway when you?re just going to be talked down to like a child after? Either fire this guy or train your drivers on how to talk to people if you care about the customer experience!

I would like to complain about the delivery driver who was extremely rude about my well behaved, tiny, 5 kilograms 5 months old puppy?. Who did not try to get the food or anything. Why are all your drivers extremely hating dogs? I would understand a big, jumpy, or barky dog who is being annoying, but even innocent ones? This is not the first instance, as it has occurred to many people I know as well.

2 stars because the people at the store tried to help, but delivery driver is so rude, I ordered at 6:23 i called them at 7:40 pizza still not here.
Driver lied saying that he tried to call, and I was waiting outside in the rain.
They said they will get the pizza to me in 5 min called back after 20 min still no pizza, requested a refund and they expect me to get a pizza that has been outside for an hour and half. Probably would've been so bad.
Can't fault the people at the store, but their drivers are so terrible and very very rude!!!
