I met an arrogant woman there with glasses and awful look. When I asked her politely to sell me extra sauce she refused and told me we don't have any sauce.

Not sure why all these people left bad reviews was lucky enough to win a free pizza n coke and everything was correct and it was ready to collect when they said it would be (9-14 minutes). Maybe you guys are ordering at busy times. Though Papa Johns is so much better.
