very disappointing Store. Staff does not know where there stuff is placed. Staff asked me to look in there storage to find electric cable. Every item nr they have to put with hand in till. Was there in over a hour for a few items and on the end the bill was way over the top. Left shop without items, bought from another shop more then half of the price

Jobsworth's...So you can order and pay in full for stock available online. Then nobody from store contacts you to explain they have made some kind of error but instead wait for you to phone them to book a pre-arranged delivery slot.Some snot nosed kid claims answers and first clearly has no idea of a pre-arranged delivery slot - his silence was golden. Anyway he promises to phone you back... You guessed it he doesn't.You phone again and speak to the same gormless character who now tells you he needs to confirm how many I can take... You guessed it, 24 in stock online - I ordered 18 and paid for 18 - I am expecting 18.Ask can I speak to the manger 'yes, but he is not available' - go figure.Eventually I managed to get hold of the manger - yes, you guessed it I phoned him - he never called me back...So apparently despite having stock on the system they are specifically 'reserved' for a big account customer - so despite taking my money for in stock items, I can't actuay have them - and then shock horror the manager kicks into his 1 line get out clause on his emails to say ooo nothing is guarenteed..Think you will find taking my money guarentees this regardless of your statement - thats contract law.Here is a helpful hint - don't take payment until its confirmed.Do yourself a favour and avoid

Absolutely the worst branch of Buildbase Iâ??ve ever been to! Took me 20 minutes to get served (8 people behind the counter, empty shop) and another 20 to get loaded!!! Do not use if youâ??re in a rush, customer service is a joke.
