Booked a limo for a 60th birthday, airport to Southampton and then back to London after a 2 week cruise. We were very wary having read reviews but I can safely say we were very pleased with the service we recieved. Limo was on time driver was awesome, my only complaint would be no wine as promised in the limo. Driver stopped and offered to purchase the wine for us.He also brought us coffee on the way home, it was an early pickup. Seriously dont understand some of the comments I've read.

If I could rate minus stars I would!! Absolutely has to be THE most disgraceful, diabolical unprofessional so called company I have ever come across!! I booked a limo for all my family to take us to my wedding. I paid extra for it to come 15 minutes earlier and it showed up 10 minutes late! No suited chauffeur, no champagne, a black accident damaged disgusting smelly dirty limo turned up with no ribbon! The driver had the nerve to then ask me for the remainder of the money- this was paid in full 2 months prior to our wedding! They do not deserve to be in business and get away with treating people the way they have done and continue to do. The reviews on their website clearly have been made up or they have been paid to write them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

wish i could put 0 stars!! scammers! Avoid at all costs. Booked limo for sons prom, didn't turn up. When we called them they said we didn't book one!!! We said we had an invoice so they asked us to email it but it bounced straight back from a dodgy email address. They then wouldn't answer any calls or texts. They totally ruined our 16 year old and 14 of his friends prom night!!! Still refusing to communicate we threatened to go to the police and the deposit was refunded. No call email or apology, disgusting scamming company!!! Awful awful company DO NOT USE!!!!

The worst company ever! It is a scam company. Please be cautious not to rent any limos from them. I have booked limo in March for a hen party in July. As agreed limo supposed to arrive at 4 pm, but NEVER DID! Imagine the situation watiting outside for limo to arrive and it never did. Bride was in tears as it completely ruined her hen party. We have been late for our acitivity booked in london and never even had a chance to take part. Half of the girls left by that time as mood was completely down. It also gets eveen better, this SCAM COMPANY never acknowledged my complaint, never apologized, never explained whats happened, have never been compensated for completely messing the whole day up. Girls paid money for everything however no limo or activity got to do. Therefore please whoever is considering this company please dont!

Bloody awful shower ... terrible communication pre booking, non existent after their failure to turn up. Cancelled an hour before the booking and have not given a refund or an apology. They are crooks. AVOID. This happened in June and I see people are still using them. Please STOP!!!

PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM! BOOKED A LIMO AS A SURPRISE TO TAKE US TO A CHARITY BALL TO CELEBRATE MY DAUGHTER QUALIFYING AS A PARAMEDIC. LIMO DID NOT TURN UP AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY IS A HORRIBLE OBNOXIOUS MAN WHO PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. NO APOLOGY, NO CALL BACK! LEFT US STRANDED, STRESSED AND UPSET. Sham of a company. Please stay away!! If I could give 0 stars I would. They will take your hard earned cash and not even show up. Nobody answers calls or replies to emails. Aldon, the MD doesn't have any people skills or in fact care about his customers. I've been waiting weeks for a reply as to why they were a no show. Not even an apology. Yes we got our deposit back but forked out on last minute cabs. The stress and hassle and inconvenience!!! If we'd failed to show we would have still been charged I'm sure. **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**
