I went to this Post Office at 1.25pm on a Saturday, it should close at 2pm. When I got there the rear counter was closed, but on asking the man at the counter if the Post Office was open he said he was the Post Office, so I stood in the long line. 15 minutes later when I reached him he said that the bus pass I was trying to renew could only be done at the rear counter and I'd have to go to another branch! I had 20 minutes to get to either Blackheath or Charlton, impossible without a car, and also impossible without the bus pass! Just so very wrong! Surely cover should be arranged by a proper PO employee and not a surly, unhelpful man that can only deal with parcels! Sadly I have no other option so will have to return to this branch again, but I will call first and save myself a wasted journey in the future!

I would rate it 0 but that isn't an option. The little man is rude, obnoxious and his customer service skills are non exitant!! He needs sacking or retraining. He has only served me 7 times !! 1st 4 transactions he got wrong, twice he refused me £20 x £1 coins, smirking, today he threw my change in the coin dip. I worked in a high street bank for 30 years and if I spoke to customers like that I would be on a disciplinary

AVOID horrible rude staff. Was told that a first class stamp was not safe to use... was overcharged for sending a provisional. The guy is awful.

I go to the post office in Charlton now. as luckily I am young enough to be able to walk that far. In Charlton post office they don't overcharge on postage. The prices are reliable.

Very bad experience that I came on Tuesday and 9:20am wasn?t open?then I came today and the cashier came at 9:17 she didn?t feel sorry about that she was late?I ask her if need to be open at 9am and very arrogant that answer was I been in traffic ?no even apologies very rude Indian ladyI will like to share my experience maybe some of managers take action for that because is not the first time

Post office opening times are not correct, according to website it opens at 9am however I waited until 9.20am and eventually had to give up

Go elsewhere - perhaps the bigger one by Charlton station. The manager here is extremely rude and gets frustrated easily. I?ve had to try to use this post office a couple of times now and each time I get sent away to go elsewhere because he doesn?t know how to do something (an advertised service). Incompetent and rude - worth the fifteen minute walk to one where the staff can do their jobs and be civil to customers.

Always over charge the postage. I can understand that.but even the oldest .they do.the some way. That is make me feel so sad.Today the Asian man still wanna overcharge me .play word game with me . Please go somewhere else. I also write report to royal mail head office. Be careful.

The lady at the back counter sorting the parcels I found her abrupt . As I wanted to make a deposit and I?ve been in a few times for sending parcels ect so I think she recognizes me. She said I hope you don?t have much change: I said I do but I have counted it when I was handing her the money to double check,She mined and groaned at me saying I was taking to long. And that other customers are waiting.As a receptionist it?s about having practice and the customers are always right.

Staff are always friendly and efficient. The shop itself could be better stocked but it?s a small local so can?t ask for too much. They always give alternative postage options which is useful!

Was made to stand, masked, for several minutes whilst the lady at the PO desk chatted to the person at the front about Covid conspiracies and how it's "all a bunch of lies" and "people in masks are so scared". Outright insulting and zero effort to made to complete serving the person in front of me. I'll take my business elsewhere.
