I really like most of the staff here?they?re friendly and respectful, which makes shopping pleasant. What I don?t like, though, is how often theft happens. I keep running into shoplifters and even school kids stealing from the store. It?s frustrating and really spoils the experience.

Came in to collect a Vinted parcel, but was told I had to wait while the staff served other customers first, even after she?d already started helping me. It was quite unprofessional as I am also a paying customer via Vinted and waited in line just like everyone else. Also, their system is broken half the time when I went to collect my parcels.

Good prices compared to Shepherds, and no card minimum unlike Best One so it wins on convenience. But it is ultimately a slightly larger corner shop with about 90% of the shop shelves used for junk food or beer.
I?ve seen shoplifting in there at least every other time I?m in there, and they often seem to struggle with space to deal with deliveries so I do wish Morrisons would help the poor staff out on that front.
Much better since it became a Morrisons though!

Not the best in class, but really important to have as it has working hours better than any other shop as well as prices are lower compared to nearest competitors

As a regular paying customer i was a bit annoyed at having the deafening anti theft tannoy put on for my benefit.
After bringing it up on my next visit they were still convinced Blackheath is a rough area, tried getting another customer to side with them and refused to apologise.
The staff could do with some lessons on customer service.

I just purchased this from Morrisons and as you can see the seal has been broken. I don't know if there is no concern for the product or that the staff have started to allow you to try before you buy, but it is unsanitary and a serious health risk.

Try to pay my water bills. Staffs closed the whole shop to smoke outside the shop.Asked to staff are u closed, staff reply look like it .Terrible service!!!!

Always understaffed and closed during official opening hours. Just tried to pick up an Amazon package and closed for the next 2 hours. Sun 24 Sept '23. Please don't put an Amazon pickup in your store if you aren't open so people can collect.

McColls is great value and much cheaper than other stores in blackheath but they have quite a lot of staff problems. I often try to enter at 7 pm and the doors are locked. There's no sign on the window, so you have no idea what's going on. Tonight a particular member of staff finally came to the front door after 4 of us were queueing and said she was on a break for 20 mins. Please just let people know what's going on, this has happened several times with this personand there are other issues with her serviceThanks
