I really like most of the staff here—they’re friendly and respectful, which makes shopping pleasant. What I don’t like, though, is how often theft happens. I keep running into shoplifters and even school kids stealing from the store. It’s frustrating and really spoils the experience. Ps. Leroy, I miss you!

Came in to collect a Vinted parcel, but was told I had to wait while the staff served other customers first, even after she’d already started helping me. It was quite unprofessional as I am also a paying customer via Vinted and waited in line just like everyone else. Also, their system is broken half the time when I went... read full comment
