Terrible customer service - twice. My husband came in last week and was met with rude behaviour and today I called and asked for suggestions, planning to come down to the shop and purchase an array of holiday items but was told to look online. I ordered some stuff for my child, but when I come to collect it, I did receive really unprofessional service. The stuff were super rude and this experience left me with the feeling that I don’t want to go there again.
