Really disappointed after my recent visit. Tried to return an item which I ended up with double due to a delivery error from H&B. Store initially stated it couldn’t be returned as over £100. Really embarrassing back and forth with the manager who then did refund. Doesn’t say this anywhere in terms and conditions. They... read full comment
