Very welcoming, honest conversation with stylist was willing to see pictures and listened to me. Shoulder length hair to pixie £12 I didn’t need wash n conditioner great cut (my colleague has her colour there and said she is very happy there) 1hr free parking outside. highly recommended.CONS: situated in a RUNDOWN part of Thornton Heath. Hard to get last min booking as she is so popular do book couple weeks in advance. Could do with someone to answer phone as it constantly rings and she does stop to answer which eats into the free hour parking.Old salon charged £60 with sham & con This salon charged £12 She also has photos of styles she has done herself. She’s now my regular salon.”
