The staff are great in this Greggs! They make a real effort to be friendly but also efficient. Always polite and courteous, which is rare these days. Keep up the good work and your kindness is much appreciated

First visit today to Greggs at Blackheath ,we decided to sit in and whilst my partner was waiting in the long queue I watched everyone being served ,the staff at this branch are the most pleasant and lovely staff I?ve ever met!! They all greeted every customer with a smile,even though it was so busy the pressure never fazed them,their customer service was superb! Well done ladies !

The staff are so lovely and kind, a particular staff member Hayley served us so kindly. Me and my partner asked for cheese and onion pastie, and we had to wait 6 minutes for the fresh warm ones, and she gave us a latte and a hot chocolate whilst we waited, on her! So kind thank you Hayley and all of the Greggs staff for your kindness. X

I've just waited 10 minutes to heat my sandwich, but the lady on the desk didn't give her to much pressure, in the shop have only 2 customers!, and i was second one!!!! what a joke,... Very rude staff, no Good morning, No nothing...my order sits on the table for 10 minutes until she makes 2 coffees for the previous customer. Then she put it in the oven. Slowest service I've ever seen. What is this attitude??? It's that normal on Gregg's shop's?

Food arriving via Uber Eats from this location is AWFUL. Limp, grease-laden pizza that looks like it's been around since the day before, flattened steak bakes looking like someone sat on them before being carelessly thrown into a bag, squished baked goods, pasties showing up ice cold, etc. It's clear you don't care about ensuring quality, but you don't have to make it quite so blatant. Never ordering from this location again.

Very good food and fast service but it does get cramped and there is not much space to queue.

Decent branch of Greggs, well situated for a walk on the heath. Staff are always friendly, and the store has a friendly atmosphere. Their coffee is good, can get soya milk and a discount with your own cup. Much better value than other chains.
