Stood at the pump like a spare so and so for a couple minutes waiting for authorisation. No signage etc, attendant looked out at me so I waved for his attention, got a strange hand signal back and then he disappeared to the back of the shop. Guess I'll stand here until he's finished scratching his nuts ?

Grabbed bite to eat, their Costa coffee machine delivered piping hot coffee! Got petrol too, not the cheapest in the area though, but we didn't have time to detour. Sandwich was fresh, and the place was nice and clean.

Called to ask if they have a customer toilet, gent was unresponsive until I repeatedly said ?hello, hello?? He then rudely said ?customer toilet out of order? and put the phone down!

Terrible customer service.Before filling with fuel, I tried to check if they excepted the new fuel card for my company van. If he didn't know the answer that would have been fine but he refused to try and help and had a right attitude problem.Not sure why he's in a customer focused role.17.30 Tuesday 10/05

Shocking experience air pressure machine ran out after one minute.Put more money in and it was taking air out. The delivery lorry driver tried but he had a problem too.So dangerous.

Worst experience in a Esso site ever!Rude man working there, even accused me for stealing a toothbrush. Be careful when using their toilets! If you stay in there longer than 1 minute, they?ll bang on the door very hard saying: HURRY UP! Very embarrassing!!!
