Would've been 5 stars but toilet is revolting- hasn't been introduced to bleach in years. Staff member could've been deep cleaning it rather than standing vaping outside!

Got 5 coffee and 3 of them was wrong ones and stuff was rude not even friendly didn?t even say sorry or thank youcan?t blame the lady as she?s think she was new she was on till she was okay nice and the guys who came checked the what?s the coffees was rude and he done the coffee and was all wrong paid £20 wasn?t worth it, never ever will go to this costa

The coffee is very very average in terms of the taste in comparison to competitors, this being said - the Blackheath branch is filled with the most amazing staff ever! Always smiling, always happy to see you, super welcoming, super friendly and treat you with utmost care, respect and positivity.

I have visited this Costa a few occasions and there are always a lot of tables that haven't been wiped down. Service is usually slow. The toilets also need more regular care and attention. Food and drink is pretty standard for Costa branches.

A nice cafe with lots of seatings and not so noisy either. We will be back to visit sometimes in the future.
I have been coming here for a cup of tea the last few times. They never gave me the tea that I have ordered. The service is not great.

This is the best costa coffee shop i have been in i always have the same in what ever costa i go to but this one is the only one where i get a hot coffee and the food is always hot. Their customer service is brilliant its always busy but they remain polite friendly and professional. Would always recommend blackheath village costa coffee
