The staff are very kind & helpful however would be a fab addition to the community if the store was expanded to hold a larger homeware section. I personally find the click & collect very useful.

Served by a young lady with short brown hair on the checkouts. Didn?t catch her name but she was so friendly and smiley it was such a refreshing change in retail and thought she deserved some recognition and hope management pass this on. Was about 630 on Saturday.

I went to waitrose and partners biggin hill with my mum today
We had a lovely look around waitrose and partners
At all of the lovely food they have at waitrose and partners biggin hill
They have a very lovely section of foods at waitrose and partners biggin hill and other lovely stuff as well
This is one of the nicest waitrose and partners
I have ever been to as I been there before which was years ago now it was so lovely coming back to this waitrose and partners
The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly
The service there is very good amazing wonderful

Staff always friendly and on first names terms.
Big store with so much variety including a cafe and free coffee machine if you bring your own cup.
The Meat counter is a big must especially fresh Lamb Kidney so cheap for the amount you can buy.
Also the Sushi meal deal is a Big must..

Hi we went to waitrose biggin hill, we asked if some flowers were on discount and was told no, but while shopping the same lady ( Eileen ) came to us and gave some tulips and said these are on us, I really appreciated this, she is lovely and an asset to waitrose .

I recently had to throw away 4 skate wings because when cooked they had a nasty a ammonia taste . As I live in Beckennham and since my husband died have no transport I was unable to get a refund , it was a couple of weeks ago and my daughter says I should tell you . Obviously it is too late now but I will not buy fish in waitrose in the future

I'm not saying this shop is completely awful but my god how it has gone down hill in recent years!! They removed the toilets, boots pharmacy has gone! They removed the cafe which was a perfect spot for old people, they removed the photo machine, the staff are very rude and on a power trip half the time! (Not all of them I'm sure some are lovely) all their products are grossly overpriced with very mediocre quality! And all they've added is a sushi counter where you can expect to pay £13 for a small piece of fish! Disappointing!!
