The hotel was fine the breakfast experience was terrible the Beefeater was chaotic, not clean and was full of customers that were not hotel guests we had to queue outside whilst non hotel guests paying to have breakfast with Santa played out. I was offered no vegetarian items what I could eat from the hot buffet wasn?t hot. The queue to get the buffet coffee and toast was too long. I then left most of my breakfast because of the noise, the queue snaking round my table with people watching me eat, some children lent on my chair whilst they waited to get some food.
I hated the experience and not what I expect when staying at premier in I would never stay at this site again

comfy bed as always with Premiere Inn rooms. Not a good night/morning sleep however in room number 1 as its next to the front door which is noisy and constantly being used by customers coming and going. I mentioned it at reception. However having read their complaints procedure just now it seems a 'good nights sleep is guarenteed or money back'....this was not mentioned !

Poor information given told to call 24hrs before for interconnection rooms called again a week later to be told they have all gone for the whole of February. booking date not for another 2 weeks. no big family friendly and poorly organised definitely do not recommend

It's opposite an indoor skydiving centre. It sounds like you're next to a noisy factory until very late at night because of the turbines. There are also constantly revving cars. I was woken very early in the morning by birds roosting on top of my room on the 2nd floor. This is a terrible place if you want to sleep in peace. I was unable to get a refund despite all of these issues.
