Really disappointing experience. Delivery times have been getting worse but on app showing as 24-34 mins, would never have ordered if 1 hour which is what I took. From tracker food was ready at shop for 20 minutes before leaving, further 20 minutes in delivery time where I could see driver making other delivery on tracker and static for 10+ mins. Eventually called the shop to be told someone wasn?t answering door-no proactive communication from shop or driver. I asked why it was ok my food was sat going cold in drivers car-no response. Half hearted apology and promised immediately on way-further 10+ mins for at best 2 min drive. No apology from driver. Food cold. I phoned and requested refund. Think we?ll be going back to papa John?s in Sevenoaks. Wouldn?t have requested refund if any sense of genuine apology from staff.

I ordered from Just Eat, ordered the Pepperoni Passion Pizza which was £12 plus almost £4 delivery cost and only 7'', while there was the same Pizza but 13.5'' for the same price??? The SCAM is ridiculous. The Pizza was smaller than my Hand. My Husband called them to let them know about their shady Just Eat Page, luckily we'll be getting a free Large Pepperoni Pizza next time. Nice Service but horrible Menu Layout and Prices. Quick Delivery and the Pizza was great.

I ordered for my family, prices have gone up massively, ended up paying about £50 for 3 people including a gluten free that had beef on it so it couldn?t be eaten. Got offered a remake that took 50 minutes to arrive and arrived cold too. Won?t be ordering from dominos again.

went into domino?s today and had a lovely talk with Amadeus and Thea, such a lovely atmosphere and you could tell they put effort into the makings of the food. overall the food was amazing and not too badly priced!

Why can?t people, and companies, keep to their high standards? Why do we have to be cheated again and again u set the ?wide umbrella? of austerity? Not only prices go up, but sizes a going down drastically! And this is the case with this Domino branch here: ordered 2 large pizzas and a dip, which would have come to £60 (!!!?!) it wasn?t for the so called ?offer? of 50%. Happily took the pizzas home just to find out that they have shrunken to what used to be a ?medium? size in the not too distant past.Shame on you, Domino!! Next time we shall eat home-made and baked pizza.

My daughter and I were so disappointed after planning a film and pizza night. Her pizza was more like thin, crisp flatbread with loads of pepperoni and hardly any cheese. Mine was a sloppy, veggie, undercooked mess.We only had a slice each and didn't finish that! Looked and tasted unappealing. I was too upset to call and complain. A waste of money (£17), and dampened our evening.Not sure if some of the staff were being trained, I don't feel they were being supersivised properly as they were preparing pizza with ungloved hands as well as checking their phones or playing with their hair, picking at their skin, in between. Not impressed. Though my nearest store, I won't be going back in a hurry.

Food was in quality inspection for such a long time. The food was cold the pizza had the middle missing of toppings.The cookies burnt. Not much was edable. Mostly thrown awayI was offered 50 % refund and told its because Westerham Hill is closed. We live in Biggin Hill.

It's more hit than miss, I just wish it was a bit more consistent and a bit gutted that we have to collect because we live smack bang in the middle of this one and the one in Sevenoaks and neither deliver. Considering we get there in under 10 mins, I think Dominos HQ need to review the policy in our area. It especially pi55es me off because they deliver to two of my neighbours (3 second walk to one, 10 second walk to the other) but refuse to deliver to us - another inconsistency.

Take away off course, but two things have happened since the pandemic. The pizzas have gotten much better value. But also, they've gotten much better pizzas. So worth giving them another chance, its a dramatic improvement over a few years ago.

Annoying, I usually order a pizza for lunch to pick up at 13:15 but the last 4 times it's been 5+ mins late.I know it's only 5 mins but my lunch is timed pretty precise, and hanging around whilst there clearly isn't any orders happening it's just frustrating.
