Wasted time went to have dinner 1 and a half hours before a cinema appointment but after waiting 55 mins no mains arrived and was told it would be a lot longer as they were cooking starters for a 65 seater party table and were also prioritising delivery's .Nice friendly staff however who cannot be faulted but seemed a little confused at times. In the end we had to leave without our mains and was very disappointed with no discount on my bill. Funny fact after we watched the film (2 and a half hours long) we passed by this restaurant to see that same party leaving so who knows when our mains would have arrived.

Unfortunately we didn?t have a great experience at the Bexleyheath Zizzi, our waitress first took our drinks orders, and quickly returned to inform us there was no white rum on site so we both had to change our cocktail choice.
When it was time to order our main, having already checked the menu ahead of our arrival I chose the superiore salmon, once again the waitress returned to advise this was not available, I was disappointed and asked for more time to check the menu, she was irritable so I rushed to pick another option.
Lastly when it was time for dessert we was both informed that our choice was out of stock!!
We expressed our frustration that everything we had asked for was unavailable the whole evening and she stared right through us.
I must add all the substitute options were beautifully prepared and delicious so compliments to chef and bartender but just sad we wasn?t able to have first choice of anything at all the evening.

Quick bite to eat before Deadpool and Wolverine and so glad we did. Server Luke was a gem and nothing too much trouble for him. We had A selection of starter and a couple of cocktails all were doper tasty.

We arrived at 6.10pm. and other visitors to Zizzi cam after us. Order a 3 course meal after us and left before us. Even had to wait extra 25 minutes for starters, which I did say I need to get my daughter home asap so can we have the food as it comes so make it and bring it. After the starters, we had waited over an hour for our mains and end up leaving at 9. And they only had 5 tables so they wasn't even that busy

Great customer service. The Manager (Agnese) was very helpful and our waiter Luke was exceptional, very patient with all the guest( 12 kids) and was very professional. Amazing service, made my daughter?s birthday even better.
