Libby was really nice and helpful throughout the process of securing the property and referencing process. She was very responsive, positive and warm which is extremely important and helpful during such a stressful time. She was also very understanding and took individual approach towards me and my family which is not as common now days. After 9 months we finally moved into our new home and it was only possible because of Dan and Karen at the Bexleyheath Branch. Their tenacious perseverance throughout was above and beyond what we expected. We had some challenges to overcome, but it was the unrelenting communication and people skills that got it through in the end. We enjoyed working closely with Karen at your move! We have bought our 3 bed home, which was slightly more complicated than a normal sale. Out of the 3 Agencies we chose to sell our property I always had faith in Your Move.
