went into store yesterday to grab a perfume I?ve liked for ages, got helped out by Anita & as I didn?t like the smell of the first perfume I went to buy she helped me find one I loved, smelt so many and she helped every step of the way! In the end we found the one I loved! Lovely service & help from her. Would definitely recommend & I?ll happily shop just to see anita again!

Very warm friendly helpful staff. A very good cosmetics and perfume shop - specialist! Thanks to the friendly young lady in helping me choose a perfect gift for my wife's birthday, and gift wrapped. I will return for likewise gifts for my wife in the future, a choice here in this fine little shop in Broadway, Bexleyheath. All the very best in business, Chris.

Was in fragrance shop today Sunday 18th July.. was going to buy a perfume..2 girls in there..one was ok not so helpful..had to make an effort so to speak...the other shouldn't be working in retail at all...no people skills..clearly can't smile..just dam right rude..I wouldn't have her work for me..so they lost a £70 sale..I went to another perfume store and spent my money there...the girls in that store were fab

Wife gave me a gift from The Fragrance Shop 100ml perfume , when i open the box its was half perfume. I want back to shop explained to cashier , cashier call Area manager for advice, After 20 wait Cashier said i can't do anything , it's not fault, ?.

I work In the centre in one of the shops and it?s been brought to my attention that they are discriminating against ALL school children by not allowing them into the centre because a select few have caused trouble. I find this hard to see and I really hope they fix this as it reflects extremely poorly against the centre.

Really great customer experience - I called the Bexleyheath store for help and I spoke to the store manager, Anita (who when I spoke to her told me she had only been there a few weeks) who not only helped me to choose a perfume for a gift for my mum for Christmas but ran me through how to complete the order online which also gave me a 20% online code! I was really impressed with the customer service and how helpful the lady was.

Very rude attitude, especially the lady. Need to re train the staff. Do not go there. Visit other stores.

Very rude staff!! And LAZY never answer the phone and when they do they don't even let you finish speaking and slam the phone down full of attitude unnecessarily they need retraining will not be using this store to do click and collect again RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
