Disappointing experience. Good product.I went to this store in the morning. I was the only customer. Both employees were talking to each other. They did not acknowledge my presence. I walked around the store looking for the item I wanted, They did not offer me any assistance. I found what I wanted and went to pay, they both walked over to the register and they continued to talk to each other. Before I paid one of them said to me they had a promotion and would I be interested.By that time, they had already lost me as a customer. I noticed they were both managers. I then greeted them with a 'Good morning managers' to show them what customer service should look like. Value your customers.Disappointing experience. Great product.

Went in with my mate to look for Christmas and bought our selves nerd guns knocked down from £60 to just £18 we went home and shot each other so it's worth saying go in there are gems FYI I'm 21

I asked member of the staff for help with toys. To get something for gift.She show me the sections ,I spotted one particular toys and I asked what's that?-I don't know just a toy-she answered.Great service girl

Got some great bits here today especially for the black Friday sales I got one game that was £21 for £3 now that's a huge saving they need more staff on the floor but apart from that all smooth on her recommended

My wife and I visited 'THE ETERTAINER' toyshop in Bexleyheath Broadway shopping mall on Monday 24/10/22. ( 1345 to 1400pm). Fabulous little modern toy shop, prices reasonable too with some bargains on the shelves. We bought five item's for our God-daughter's Baby twin girls...both almost one year old. Plenty of choices for all ages of younger children! Probably also worth a visit to check this attractive presentable toy shop during the sales periods! A very clean, brightly lit, shop, well displayed with all kinds of toys. I was very impressed with the staff...thank you SO much in particular to the lady (a senior but young member of staff...sorry I didn't catch your name Madam (?), but for being so helpful whilst you were busy stacking the shelves - and for your kind friendly professional time in searching for the toys my wife and I had in mind. We will back for more to spoil our children of our family. My rating A1, 10/10. All the very best in sales and keeping Mums & their children happy! Chris.?
