Poor service and rude staff ? won?t be returning
I visited the Subway in Bexleyheath near the clock tower on 15th July around 12:45pm. I was with a young lady placing an order, and while she was telling the staff what toppings she wanted, the worker suddenly put the sandwich in the oven without confirming if she was done, then walked off.
I said ?excuse me? about six times to get his attention, and when I explained she hadn?t finished ordering, he rudely dismissed me and said he?d charge extra for the topping she originally asked for. His colleague then backed him up instead of listening.
The experience felt rushed and disrespectful, and the sandwiches were poorly filled considering how much we paid. Very disappointing.
