Not a bad coffee house. I have been in there a few times and all the staff are helpful and friendly except the big unit with pig tails who always seems like she is doing you a favour by going in there. I recommend the latte.

My recent visit to Starbucks left me utterly disappointed with the level of customer service provided. Despite there being two employees on duty, my experience was marred by inefficiency and rudeness.Upon placing my order (coffees) the lady serving me managed to get it wrong not once, but twice. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, her demeanor was unapologetic and her body language exuded rudeness. It was evident that she lacked basic courtesy and professionalism.As a loyal customer, I expect better from Starbucks. It's disheartening to see employees representing the brand in such a disrespectful manner. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to this particular store anytime soon.

So sad they refurbished it, the lighting, chairs and layout scream 'get out as quickly as you can'. It feels a lot more corporate, noisy and less welcoming, with the new super uncomfortable chairs and warehouse cieling - (the staff are always lovely though)

Recently refurbished Starbucks store. Most of the time, my orders arrive promptly. Due to its location, it can get pretty busy during peak times.
