Eyelash tint, and eyebrow thread and tint, very happy with how this lady done my brows today and once I got home did my makeup, which I love to put on, my eyebrows looked wonderful , good job calm relaxed atmosphere !

First time getting waxing and threading done in the UK. I was happy with the outcome the only thing I didn't like is there was still a bit of wax residue left which is quite sticky. But other then that great service. Thank you

Didn't get my expected result for my lashlift. Just another disappointment. I came in with a straight lashes and went out with straight and a little bent lashes. She tried. but it wasn't worth the money. She was nice though but still not worth the money. To someone like me who does her lashes every 6 weeks this is really disappointing. First, I noticed she didn't prep my lashes before, no washing, then the mold doesn't fit or should I say wrong mold if you really want to get the curl your customers asks for that's why it ended up straight instead of curled/lifted. That's why you don't accept a customer if you are not sure on what you promised coz they'll just end up disappointed. But she tried as I said. You can't blame on the customers lashes coz some lashtech can do a really good job if they use the right tools.

I initially visited this salon for their eyebrow lamination service and was so impressed that I returned for a manicure. Both experiences were exceptional! The eyebrow lamination transformed my brows beautifully, so I decided to try their manicure. It was equally fantastic!The staff's skill and professionalism were consistent across both services. I was treated with the same care and expertise during my manicure as I was during the brow lamination.
