Went to perfect 10 for sns. No base powder was used to protect my nails meaning the colour was put directly on to my nails causing damage and breakage. Within two days my nails were chipped and breaking. All were uneven lengths. I was charged £35 for this. One week later I went to AA nails, the technician explained to me why my nails were breaking and proceeded to rectify the damage. The cost was £30 and I now have beautiful nails. I will never go to ?Perfect 10? again, they ruined my nails!

Went to perfect 10 for SNS infills. The technician used no base, putting the colour directly onto my nails. Within a couple of days my nails were chipping and breaking they were also different lengths, the cost of this was £35. The following week I went to another nail salon to have them done properly. The technician told me the reason they were breaking is because no base was used, apparently using a base protects the nails. He also pointed out my nails were different lengths. For the old to be taken off, repaired and redone the cost was £30. I will never go to Perfect 10 again

Have been here previously for a gel pedicure and the lady who did it was great, a really thorough job. However went back recently for the same thing and a man did it?.. the worst pedicure I?ve had, still left with hard skin and it seemed rushed. My toe nails are ruined as the electric file was used all over them, never had that before for the gel pedi. Dont think il go back unfortunatelyService: Pedicure

I?ve had two lots of nail designs done here. Never had nails before. First lot were Alton towers themed. Fantastic, 4 weeks and going strong no chips nothing! And I have horses so that?s amazing. Went back got them taken off my real nails had grown amazingly. Then had some Harry Potter design ones done! Fabulous. Thank you. Will be back. My daughter had a full set of acrylics and gave the lady a picture of a design she had picked for her nails they were done to perfection !!! The staff are genuinely lovely people and a lovely atmosphere I highly recommend this nail bar ?????

My mum came to the salon yesterday for a pedicure. He man cut the side of her foot and didn?t notice he was covered in blood aswel as her foot was! When my mum pointed out he cut her he just shrugged his shoulders and laughed at her. It was very evident at that point he didn?t understand what she had told him and he carried on..
she told him again her foot was cut and was still pouring with blood and he just shrugged again and carried on painting her toes! Which he missed apart of and painted her boots instead at the front!! Mum put a plaster over it herself and didn?t take it off till this morning as it was still bleeding when she went to bed! She?s woken up this morning with an extremely swollen foot and a clear infection to it! She has been to a&e today and they have had to put her on strong antibiotics? the hospital advised her to go and tell the shop manager which she came to do and the person that said they was the manager appeared not to understand her either and brought out the grater to show her what it was that caused such a massive infection!!! Which isn?t what my mum went in there for today to see she went in there to tell them what the outcome was of there negligence!! Needless to say we won?t be going back there and in all fairness unless you like infections I?d suggest people do there research on this shop and approach with extreme caution!!!
